Daily goals are checklists for a booth on a specific build-up or show day – for example “lay the floor” or “put up the walls” on the Sunday before the show. They can be assigned directly to a team and show progress (e.g. 0/4). Proven templates such as technology, lighting, furniture, final cleaning and handover save time.
Tasks with priority, deadline and photo
Tasks are to-dos with priority, deadline and photo attachment. Every booth has its own tasks with assignees; the priority (high, medium, low) is colour-coded. Tasks are completed right in the app – with a time-stamped status and, if needed, a photo as proof.
Checklists and tasks work hand in hand
Daily goals and tasks are linked: completed daily goals appear as tasks in the tasks tab. A live filter can show only today's tasks.
